Paintings
Caro paints from collages which are created out of printed matter. These paintings address the missing female artists from the long eighteenth century. In these paintings she is working with both fiction and fact and is intentionally using materials which are connected within the domestic sphere, which at times appear unstable. e.g. soap bars and unfired clay.
