Who is this disobedient?

2016 - The seemingly simple addition of the long upholstered hose pipe to a screen print transforms this into a sculpture, symbolising the artist's own transition from working in two dimensions to three dimensions.

This can be seen in the Fora Space’s private collection in Clerkenwell offices.

Caro is currently researching on the topic of the missing British lady etchers in the long eighteenth century. She is Art & Design Lecturer at Harrow, Richmond & Uxbridge Colleges, an assistant Print Tutor at Putney School of Art and a Creative Workshop Tutor at the University for the Creative Arts. This July and August, Caro will be participating in a solo show titled ‘Mary Moser’s Friends’ at The Cut Arts Centre, Halesworth, Suffolk IP19 8BY from the 25th of July till the 26th of August 2023.

She is also a curator of ‘New Bourne’ currently showing in Suffolk, UK and has set up a bespoke etching studio in Suffolk which opened in 2020 and she has been running etching workshops in 2020, 2021 and 2022. The next etching workshop is planned for July and August 2023.
